Usage precautions: 1. Before using the star-type discharger, check the quantity and type of lubricating oil in the reducer. Replace the oil after one month of operation, and then annually thereafter. 2. Connect the air source interface and check whether it is blocked by foreign objects to ensure it is clean and unobstructed. 3. Before using the star-type discharger, ensure that the rotor rotates clockwise (viewed from the reducer’s extended shaft end, consistent with the arrow on the sprocket cover). 4. Before using the star-type discharger, open the sprocket cover to check the chain tension, and inspect it regularly during operation. Apply suitable lubricating grease to the chain and sprocket. 5. Throughout the use of the discharger, adjust the pressure reducing valve so that the pressure at the seal is 0.05 MPa greater than the material pressure inside the valve body. The gas used should be oil-free, dry compressed air. 6. Throughout the use of the star-type discharger, the air source at the seal must always be present. Only after confirming that the valve has stopped operating can the air source be shut off.
