JinZhi Technology LPC-3511 Low Voltage Line Comprehensive Protection and Control Device

1. Product Purpose and Functions

LPC-3511 and LPC-3512 are both low voltage line comprehensive protection and control devices, used for the comprehensive protection and control of feeders and branches. Among them, the LPC-3511 device is configured with standard CTs for current collection (as secondary CTs, available in 1A and 5A ratings, using terminal wiring); the LPC-3512 device is configured with dedicated CTs for current collection (can be used as primary CTs, available in various ratings such as 1A, 5A, 25A, 100A, 150A, 250A, 400A, with cable through-core wiring). This device can be optionally equipped with the LPC-3598 display operation module to achieve related display and operation functions.

The device has the following functions:

1. Overcurrent Stage I Protection (Low Voltage Blocked Overcurrent Stage I)

2. Overcurrent Stage II Protection (Low Voltage Blocked Overcurrent Stage II)

3. Overcurrent Stage III Protection

4. Ground Protection (Self-generated, external zero-sequence optional)

5. Overload Protection

6. Reclosing Acceleration Protection

7. Undervoltage Protection

8. PT Broken Wire Alarm

 Measurement and Control Functions

1. 12 channels of digital input collection, device remote signaling change, accident remote signaling

2. Up to 7 channels of relay output control

3. AC quantity collection: three-phase voltage, three-phase current, zero-sequence current, active power, reactive power, power factor, frequency

4. Device self-diagnosis alarm

5. Energy integration function, completing electric energy metering

6. Circuit breaker opening and closing control function

7. Communication function (optional)

8. Multiple communication methods: RS485, CAN, PROFIBUS, supporting dual networks

9. Multiple communication protocols: IEC103, MODBUS, PROFIBUS-DP 

 Other Functions
1. 1 channel of 4～20mA DC analog output, replacing transmitters as DCS measurement interface (optional)
2. The device is equipped with a GPS clock synchronization interface to ensure the device's clock is synchronized with the system
3. Event recording, fault waveform recording, etc.
