II. Performance
This product is a compound formulation based on multiple quaternary ammonium salts, which dissolves quickly in water and low-carbon alcohols. It effectively kills various pathogenic and disease-causing microorganisms, including bacteria, molds, algae, etc. Its bactericidal activity is not affected by water hardness or pH. It also exhibits good penetration and cleaning properties.
This product has no unpleasant odor; neither the concentrate nor diluted solutions emit any smell. Objects or products treated with this disinfectant will not be contaminated, discolored, or corroded. The concentrate is highly stable and does not lose its bactericidal efficacy even after prolonged storage.
This product can be used in combination with non-ionic substances.
III. Applications
This product is suitable for formulating sterilants, disinfectants, microbiocides for water treatment, swimming pool algaecides, oilfield injection water sterilants, fungicides, etc. It is widely used for disinfection and sterilization in hospitals, public transportation, households, livestock farming, aquaculture, and more. Key applications include:
1. Disinfection of surfaces without rinsing, and sterilization of medical devices such as hospital endoscopes and oral thermometers.
2. Disinfection of public areas, including operating rooms, patient wards, hotels, restaurants, households, and toilets.
3. Disinfection of contact surfaces, such as hand sanitization for medical staff.
4. Sterilization and algae control in industrial circulating water and oilfield injection water; enhanced efficacy when compounded with glutaraldehyde.
5. Disinfection and sterilization in aquaculture water systems, livestock environments, and equipment.
Recommended dosage: 0.1～0.5%. The specific usage amount should be determined by the user through testing.
IV. Packaging
This product is packaged in 25kg and 200kg plastic drums. The packaging containers are labeled with the product name, specifications, batch number, net weight, and manufacturer name.
V. Transportation and Storage
This product should be stored in a cool, ventilated place at room temperature. During transportation, handle with care to avoid impact and prevent damage.
The shelf life of this product is 2 years.
