Explosion-proof low-temperature air cooling units refer to power supply restrictions that isolate the power supply from electronic components. Measures are taken to prevent external electromagnetic interference from coupling into the electronic components through relays or current output terminals, and to limit the operating power and voltage of the sensing circuit. The circuits can be divided into two categories: IA and IB. IB circuits must ensure that no sparks occur in the circuit components during normal operation and in the event of a single fault in the system. IA circuits require that no sparks occur in the components during normal operation and in the event of two faults.

Unit Selection

Explosion-proof low-temperature air cooling units are divided into split-type and integrated units. Split-type units are suitable for space cooling, with an installation method similar to household air conditioners: the condenser is installed outdoors, and the main unit is installed indoors. Integrated units are more widely applicable; the main unit for space cooling is placed outdoors, and air ducts are connected to the indoors. Note: This is fresh air, but it can also be configured as recirculated air.

Application Range:

Explosion-proof low-temperature air cooling units are suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemical, coal mining, and marine engineering, in normal working environments: Class IIA, IIB, and IIC locations requiring indoor temperature and humidity control.

Equipment Packaging and Transportation

1. For customers with shorter distances, the equipment is packaged with cardboard and protective film and transported by dedicated vehicle.

2. For smaller quantities of purchased equipment, smaller equipment, and longer distances, packaging includes cardboard, protective film, and wooden crates, with logistics transportation; for larger equipment and longer distances

3. For equipment exports, wooden crates are used, with dedicated vehicle or logistics transportation to the cargo ship terminal.
