Nanjing Aikang Quanxin Analysis and Testing Center is equipped with domestically advanced high-resolution 400M nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometers, a full set of Agilent series instruments including liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS), gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), gas chromatography (GC), and other large-scale analytical instruments. Here, we have a high-quality management team and an experienced technical team. Service Items:

1. Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) Spectroscopy Testing: 1H, 13C, 19F, 31P, and other one-dimensional spectra. The laboratory routinely stocks deuterated dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO-d6), deuterated chloroform (CDCl3), heavy water (D2O), and deuterated methanol (CD3OD). Standard 5mm NMR test tubes are provided.

2. Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS) and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) Testing: Qualitative analysis for food safety, pesticide and veterinary drug residues, toxic and harmful substances, drug impurities, organic pollutants, and biological samples; monitoring of synthetic reaction processes, analysis of main and by-products and intermediates, study of chemical reaction pathways and mechanisms; clinical drug concentration monitoring, establishment of new drug quality standards, and pharmacokinetic research.

3. Gas Chromatography (GC) Testing: FID detector, percentage content determination by peak area normalization method; quantitative analysis by internal standard and external standard methods (requires customers to provide reference standards).

4. Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) Testing: DAD/UV detector, percentage content determination by peak area normalization method; quantitative analysis by internal standard and external standard methods (requires customers to provide reference standards).

5. Moisture Content Testing: Karl Fischer method for moisture content testing (aldehydes and ketones require one week advance booking).

6. Optical Rotation Testing: Automatic polarimeter for sample specific rotation and sugar content determination.

7. Melting Point Testing: Sample melting point testing, range from room temperature to 350 degrees Celsius.
