The product employs lead shielding protection measures by adding a shield between the X-ray source and the X-ray detector, with lead sheathing attached to all sides of the shield. Lead sheathing is also applied to the underside of the table (excluding the X-ray detector area) to ensure that parts of the body not being imaged by the X-ray machine are protected during radiation output.
