The KAS6800 Arteriosclerosis Detector is a newly launched product by Nanjing Kejin. This device screens for peripheral arterial occlusion and arterial stiffness by measuring parameters such as PWV (Pulse Wave Velocity), ABI (Ankle-Brachial Index), and BAI (Brachial-Ankle Index). It is easy to operate, automatically analyzes test results, and provides screening recommendations, enabling early detection, screening, and intervention for peripheral arterial diseases and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.

Within the same cardiac cycle, it collects ECG, heart sound, and limb pulse wave signals to calculate baPWV and assess vascular stiffness. By synchronously pressurizing the limbs and measuring limb blood pressure, it calculates ABI to evaluate the degree of lower limb arterial stenosis and occlusion.

Vascular Stiffness Detection

PWV (Pulse Wave Velocity) assesses the stiffness of the aorta, large arteries, and medium-sized arteries.

Heart Rate Variability Function

Evaluates cardiovascular autonomic nerve function through R-R interval mean, R-R interval standard deviation, R-R interval average, HR average, CVRR, R-R histogram, R-R trend chart, and ECG.

Exercise Stress Test Mode

Screens for lower limb arterial risks in individuals with borderline ABI or intermittent claudication.

Degree of Upper and Lower Limb Arterial Occlusion

ABI (Ankle-Brachial Index) assesses the degree of lower limb arterial occlusion;

BAI (Brachial-Ankle Index) assesses the degree of proximal upper limb arterial occlusion.
