This product is a specialized collection device designed for monitoring battery pack voltage in DC power supply systems. The internal measurement circuit utilizes high-precision A/D conversion, with each measurement port optically isolated. The equipment employs high-precision, high-voltage-resistant isolation transducers, completely suppressing common-mode and differential-mode interference signals introduced into the battery signals, ensuring excellent safety stability and high precision in measurements. Each detector can monitor the voltage of 24 individual batteries, as well as battery charge/discharge current and battery (ambient) temperature. Users can configure multiple battery monitors as needed, with a maximum monitoring capacity of 384 batteries per group. The number of individual batteries can be set via software by the central master monitor. The device universally detects individual battery voltages for 2V~12V grade batteries. Each detector board can connect to the central master monitor via an RS485 port. This modular bus-based distributed system design makes installation and maintenance simple and efficient, supporting the standard MODBUS-RTU communication protocol while also being compatible with the Emerson protocol.
