The NB-IoT and LoRaWAN integrated vibration transmitter significantly saves manpower and material resources consumed by repeated deployment of wired data acquisition equipment during testing, and is widely used in vibration acceleration data collection and online monitoring of industrial equipment. The system node has a compact structure and small size, consisting of a power module, acquisition processing module, and wireless transceiver module, with a built-in acceleration sensor, encapsulated in a dustproof and waterproof housing. The maximum sampling rate of each node can be set to 25.6KHz, with an analysis bandwidth of up to 5KHz, enabling envelope analysis of bearings to effectively determine bearing faults. The collected data can be wirelessly transmitted to a computer in real-time, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of the data. The node's wireless transmission rate can reach 250Kbps, with an effective outdoor communication distance of up to 200m. RT Vibration Status Real-Time Monitoring System

RT is a user-friendly Windows acquisition and control software that enables real-time display, analysis, and storage of data collected from various sensor nodes. The collected data is stored in a database format and can be exported to a wide range of third-party software for post-processing. It also allows real-time monitoring of network communication quality and device faults, with self-test and power monitoring functions upon startup. It provides real-time alerts for abnormal network conditions, facilitating network maintenance and management.
