The turtle mesh is a newly developed large mud claw turtle mesh by our factory. High-temperature-resistant amorphous lining materials are generally reinforced with turtle mesh, and in special cases, 0Cr13 material is used. During use, the turtle mesh is first spot-welded onto the inner wall of the boiler or hot air duct, and then refractory material is applied. Anchor bolts are categorized into Y-type, U-type, T-type, and L-type. Specifications and materials are customized according to customer requirements, with a general height of 60MM-140MM, diameter of 6-8MM, and plate thickness of 6MM. This significantly increases the thickness of the filler layer.
