Instructions:

If the dust collector is not shut down for an extended period, it is not necessary to turn off the compressed air and control system;

If the dust collector is shut down for an extended period, after the fan stops operating, the pulse cleaning device must run normally for 10-15 minutes to thoroughly empty the accumulated dust in the hopper, ensuring no dust buildup in the bags and no residual dust in the hopper. If possible, perform periodic empty operation.

Daily Management

During equipment operation, assign dedicated personnel for management and maintain operation records;

Drain the oil-water separator in the dust collector's air source triple unit (or dual unit) once per shift;

Lubricate moving parts such as motors and reducers as specified, and address any abnormalities promptly;

If impurities, moisture, or other foreign matter are present inside the pulse valve, clean them promptly. If the solenoid valve or diaphragm malfunctions or is damaged, repair or replace them in a timely manner;

Inspect the sealing strip on the access door and replace it promptly if aging is observed;

Regularly check the compressed air system and ash discharge device, and address any abnormalities immediately;

Perform maintenance every six months of operation, with the following content:

1. Check the filter bags for damage and replace them promptly if any are found;

2. Inspect the cleaning effect by opening the top maintenance door and removing at least one filter bag from each chamber to check for dust accumulation. Adjust the cleaning cycle, pulse width, etc., based on actual conditions;

3. Check whether all electrical equipment and indicator instruments are functioning normally and repair or replace them if not;

4. Check whether the pulse valve operates normally and whether the diaphragm is damaged;

5. Check whether the solenoid valve is functioning normally;

5. Check whether dust accumulation or blockage exists in the dust collection pipeline (especially the intake pipeline), and perform manual cleaning if necessary. After one year of operation, inspect for rusted or damaged components based on workload and replace them promptly.

Safety Factors Notification

1. Open flames are strictly prohibited near the dust collector;

2. Do not directly touch live parts of electrical equipment, as there is a risk of electric shock;

3. During equipment operation, do not touch moving parts of the fan or motor, as this may cause injury;

4. During normal operation of the dust collector fan, the bearing temperature should not exceed 80°C, and the motor temperature should not exceed 50°C;

5. Do not store dust in the hopper for extended periods; the accumulated dust should not exceed one-third of the hopper height.

6. When performing maintenance inside the dust collector hopper, ensure all accumulated dust has been discharged (pay attention to poison and dust prevention).

7. During equipment maintenance, cut off the power, hang warning signs, and assign dedicated personnel for supervision to prevent and eliminate accidents.

3. When maintaining or replacing components on the top or inside the dust collector, strictly prohibit overhead cranes from passing over the dust collector to prevent harm to personnel and equipment.
