Real-time Location Display System

Pengho and Field Service App is a specialized software application designed for Android smartphones, Apple smartphones, vehicle GPS devices, portable GPS devices, and other equipment. It provides services such as real-time location tracking, activity trails, electronic fencing, safety assurance, and attendance management.
The Pengho and Field Service System offers flexibility and ease of control, delivering location-based services closely aligned with business needs. These include personnel and vehicle attendance, safety monitoring for the elderly and children, real-time tracking of goods and events, and the use of intelligent analytical tools for geographical analysis and statistics.

The Pengho and Field Service Management System is compatible with both GPS positioning technology and mobile signal base station positioning technology.
Implementation: Mobile phones require the installation of the "Pengho and Field Service" mobile app, while other hardware devices must use specified built-in "Pengho and Field Service" software, such as vehicle-mounted GPS terminals, portable GPS terminals, smartwatches, etc.

Real-time Location Display
Terminal List: The unit name, department name, and terminal list can be viewed in the upper-left section of Figure 2.
Address Information Bar: The left address bar displays the latest location data of the terminal, including name, timestamp of the latest data, and detailed address information.
Clicking on a terminal name displays detailed information of the corresponding terminal on the right-hand map, including name, positioning time, positioning method, location address, and server reception time. There is also a quick link to query the trajectory of the past three days.

Location Data Collection Methods
GPS Positioning: Location information obtained through the built-in GPS function of mobile phones or other mobile devices. The platform displays information as shown below:
Network Positioning: In areas without GPS signals (indoors, underground parking lots, tunnels, etc.), mobile signal base station positioning can be used wherever there is network coverage.

Icon Display Methods
Dot icons represent mobile app and other non-vehicle-mounted terminals.
Green dot icon: Represents terminal devices that have uploaded data within the past 30 minutes.
Gray dot icon: Represents terminal devices that have not uploaded data for more than 30 minutes.

Green arrow icon: Indicates the vehicle is in normal operation, status is normal, and the ACC is on.
Yellow arrow icon: Indicates the vehicle is in ignition state but not moving, with the ACC on.
Red arrow icon: Indicates the vehicle is turned off, with the ACC off.

Remote Check-in: Enables remote check-in and clock-in via mobile phones as needed, reporting location and photo information in real time.
Daily Report Upload: Allows uploading daily work plans and summaries for management to review work progress anytime.
Attendance Statistics: Automatically generates various types of attendance reports, with summarized data for effective management.
Check-in Details: Automatically generates detailed check-in reports, including real-time and historical check-in data for various terminals at specified points.
Marked Check-ins: Generates reports on check-ins at marked points, showing the number of check-ins by mobile phones, vehicles, and other terminals at key locations.
Mobile Marking: Enables on-site location marking via mobile phones, with real-time display on the platform map.
Map Marking: Directly mark key points such as customers, supplier channels, and important areas on the map to create customized maps.
