Track Attendance Query System

Pengho Field Service App is a specialized software application designed for Android smartphones, Apple smartphones, vehicle GPS devices, portable GPS devices, and other equipment. It provides services such as real-time location tracking, activity trails, electronic fencing, safety assurance, and attendance management.

The Pengho Field Service Management System is compatible with both GPS positioning technology and mobile signal positioning technology.
Implementation method: Mobile phones require the installation of the "Pengho Field Service App" mobile application. Other hardware devices must be equipped with specified built-in "Pengho Field Service" software, such as vehicle-mounted GPS terminals, portable GPS terminals, smartwatches, etc.

The track query function of the Pengho Field Service Management System includes real-time track query and historical track query.
Track Query: Automatically records and allows querying of real-time and historical activity trails at any time. The server stores track data for 90 days, providing query and download capabilities.

Quick Track Query: Click the map icon, then select "Today's Track" or "Track Within 3 Days" in the location information box to query track information for the corresponding period.

Detailed Track Query: On the time setting interface, select the start and end times, then click "Query" to view the activity trail of the terminal device during the specified period.

"Track Details": A detailed description list of track information, including track sequence number, date and time, speed, and detailed address information. Clicking on a location information entry displays a red position point box on the map, allowing users to view specific information about that location.

Track Playback: Animates and simulates the movement behavior along the track.

Track Data Saving: The detailed data from "Track Details" can be downloaded and saved as an Excel spreadsheet.

Real-Time Attendance: Tracks the real-time attendance status of personnel, vehicles, and other terminal devices to understand current work conditions.
Remote Check-In: Enables remote check-in and clock-in via mobile phones as needed, reporting location and photo information at any time.
Daily Report Upload: Allows the upload of daily work plans and summaries, facilitating management's understanding of work progress at any time.
Attendance Statistics: Automatically generates various forms of attendance statistical reports, enabling comprehensive management based on summarized attendance data.
Check-In Details: Automatically generates detailed check-in reports, including real-time and historical check-in data for various terminal devices at specified points.
Marked Check-In: Automatically generates marked point check-in reports, tracking the number of check-ins by mobile phones, vehicles, and other terminal devices at key locations.
Mobile Marking: Enables on-site location marking directly via mobile phones, with real-time display on the platform map.
Map Marking: Directly mark customers, supplier channels, key areas, and other points of interest on the map to create customized maps.
