The PT-5116 differential probe provides a safe, insulated instrument for use with all oscilloscopes. It converts high-input differential voltages (≤16kV peak-to-peak) into low voltages (≤2V) and displays the waveform on an oscilloscope. With a bandwidth of DC-150MHz (-3dB), it is ideal for high-power testing and R&D applications.
