SPB-L-280-Environmentally Friendly Water Jet Vacuum Unit (Introduction)
The environmentally friendly series water jet vacuum unit is a vacuum-type environmental protection equipment independently developed and designed by our factory. It uses a water jet vacuum pump as the vacuum generating component and integrates a power source - centrifugal pump, circulation water tank, vacuum measurement and control, gas cooling, solvent recovery, and circulating water cooling device into a new type of environmentally friendly vacuum unit, which facilitates the further unified recovery and treatment of wastewater and exhaust gas.
This equipment is widely used in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, textile, food, metallurgy, and environmental protection, in fields including vacuum absorption, vacuum filtration, vacuum concentration, and vacuum drying.
The 280-liter environmentally friendly water jet vacuum unit is equipped with an S80*65-32 circulation pump, with a flow rate of 80m3/h and a head of 32m, a 7.5KW motor, an RPP65-280 vacuum pump, a DN65 check valve, and 10m2 of graphite-modified cooling coils installed in the upper and lower parts of the water tank.
Equipment technical parameters: Ultimate vacuum degree: 0.099MPa, maximum air extraction capacity: 280m3/h.
Other models of environmentally friendly water jet vacuum units have the following air extraction capacities: Model 500 with a 15KW motor, air extraction capacity of 500m3/h; Model 360 with an 11KW motor, air extraction capacity of 360m3/h; Model 280 with a 7.5KW motor, air extraction capacity of 280m3/h; Model 180 with a 5.5KW motor, air extraction capacity of 180m3/h. Ensuring the equipment's technical parameters, vacuum degree, and air extraction capacity are up to standard, stable, and durable is the key advantage of this equipment.
Professional manufacturing and assembly help ensure the equipment's structure is scientific and standardized, with stable performance and no leakage. Before leaving the factory, the equipment has been tested and debugged with water. The overall design and standardized matching of components ensure the system's stable working performance. On the other hand, reasonable layout improves work efficiency.

◎Please note the following matters during installation and use of the equipment:
1. The vertical environmentally friendly water jet vacuum unit produced by our company is recognized by relevant environmental protection departments.
2. Accessories included with the shipment: equipment user manual and a special tool for disassembling the mechanical seal gland.
3. Remote installation and debugging guidance via telephone, email, or video to solve users' installation concerns.
4. The installation location of the equipment must be flat and stable.
5. The rotation direction of the circulation pump must be forward (as indicated by the arrow direction plate). Reverse rotation is strictly prohibited.
6. When starting the equipment, the water tank must first be filled with water (liquid) before turning on the power.
7. If the temperature of the circulating water in the tank is too high, it will affect the air extraction capacity and vacuum degree. Replace or supplement cooling water in time.
8. In winter, when the equipment is temporarily out of use, drain the water from the coils and pump to prevent freezing and cracking of the coils.
9. Operate the equipment according to standard rules to ensure its良性循環(huán)運作 (benign cycle operation).
