GH2132 Main characteristics of this alloy:
It has high yield strength, endurance, and creep strength below 650°C, along with good processing plasticity and satisfactory welding performance.
Application examples: High-temperature load-bearing components in aero engines operating long-term below 650°C, such as turbine discs, etc.
Metallurgical Structure of GH2132:
In the standard heat-treated state, the GH2132 alloy has uniformly dispersed spherical NI3(Ti,Al) type γ' phase in the γ matrix, as well as TiN, TiC, and trace amounts of M3B2 at grain boundaries. There may also be small amounts of η phase and L phase near the grain boundaries.
GH2132 Application Range and Fields:
It is an alloy material with high-temperature strength and resistance to high-temperature oxidation.
1. Widely used in manufacturing components for aero engines and industrial gas turbines, such as turbine blades, afterburners, fasteners, etc.
2. Also widely used in automotive engines.
