It imparts a full, soft, and smooth hand feel to fabrics with minimal impact on whiteness and color shade. The treated fabric becomes soft, smooth, and full, while also exhibiting certain hydrophilic properties. Its excellent stability and silicone-free characteristics make it applicable to various equipment and processes.

1．Addition in Scouring Process

Caustic Soda: 5g/L

Time: 30~40min

2．Addition in Whitening Process

Temperature: 80~95℃

Time: 30~40min

3．Addition in Dyeing Process

Dye: x o.w.f

Bath Ratio: 1:10

Temperature: 60℃

Time: 40~50min

4．As Hand Feel Finishing Agent

4.1Padding Method Treatment：

Dosage: Nonionic Hydrophilic Fluffy Softener: 30-50g/L

Pick-up Rate: 70-80%

Diluted Working Solution→One Dip One Nip (Pick-up Rate between70-80%)→150℃Drying and Setting

4.2Immersion Method Treatment：

Dosage: Nonionic Hydrophilic Fluffy Softener: 3-5g/L

Bath Ratio: 1:10

Temperature: 40~60℃

Time: 20~30min
