As a fundamental equipment in the industrial manufacturing field, the cast iron assembly platform plays an irreplaceable role in machining, inspection, and assembly due to its unique structural design and material characteristics. In terms of material properties, cast iron assembly platforms are typically cast from HT200 or HT250 high-strength gray cast iron. This material offers excellent wear resistance and compressive strength, and its flake graphite structure can absorb vibrations, ensuring the platform remains stable during operation. After special heat treatment processes, internal stresses in the cast iron are fully released, further enhancing the platform's dimensional stability. The product also undergoes surface quenching treatment, achieving a surface hardness of HB180-240, further enhancing wear resistance.
Durability design is reflected in multiple details. The platform bottom typically features a reinforced rib structure, with grid-distributed ribs not only reducing overall weight but, more importantly, significantly improving the platform's rigidity, increasing its bending strength by over 30%. In humid environments, this protective layer delays rusting and extends the equipment's service life.
