Helical disc spring consists of two identical flat wire compression springs, which are twisted together helically to achieve a cross-section similar to that of a disc spring stack. The continuous flat wire structure avoids the molecular structure damage caused by stamped parts, thereby enhancing the durability of the component while reducing the risks associated with misalignment and breakage of disc spring plates. The increase in load is proportional to the bending stress of the helical spring steel. We can also achieve inclined winding of the helical disc spring during the coiling process to exhibit the characteristics of a compression spring while achieving the high load characteristics of a disc spring stack.
