HS-FF series couplings have the following features:
1. New valve design resists high-speed fluid and pulse pressure impacts, providing higher performance.
2. The sleeve locking mechanism engages by rotating the sleeve after connection, preventing accidental disconnection when dragging the coupling along the ground during use.
3. The sleeve lock mechanism design helps prevent debris from entering the internal mechanism, causing malfunctions during connection or disconnection. The sleeve covers the retaining ring and includes a dust seal in the ejection area.
4. Quenched male plugs and sleeves, along with a solid bar structure, create high-quality female couplings that resist erosion and damage caused by hydraulic and mechanical shocks.
5. This seal design prevents bursting or damage under hazardous working conditions.
6. Durable ball lock mechanism ensures reliable connection. Several locking steel balls evenly distribute the workload while providing alignment and rotational movement to reduce hose twisting and extend hose life. Warning: This product cannot be used as a rotating male coupling. Rotation under pressure can cause excessive and premature wear.
7. HS-FF series couplings use a flush valve mechanism during connection and disconnection, meaning that engagement between valves minimizes fluid loss during disconnection or air mixing during reconnection.
8. New environmentally friendly zinc plating process provides higher rust resistance.
