Sumitomo UL1007 is a lead-free, heat-resistant PVC wire.

1. Conductor: Multi-stranded tinned copper twisted wire, environmentally friendly tinned copper.

2. Insulation material: Heat-resistant polyvinyl chloride insulation.

3. Rated temperature: 80°C   Rated voltage: 300V

4. Resistant to acids, alkalis, oil, moisture, and mold; easy to strip and cut.

5. Flame test: Passes UL VW-1 and CSA FT1 vertical flame tests.

6. Insulation: Insulation thickness greater than 0.40 mm, with an outer diameter tolerance of ±0.1 mm; typically 610 meters per roll.

7. Sizes: AWG-18, AWG-20, AWG-22, AWG-24, AWG-26, AWG-28

Usage description:

Generally used for internal connection wires in electronics, electrical appliances, and equipment instruments, such as large transformers, lighting fixtures, and motor lead wires.

Applied for internal wiring in electrical and electronic equipment (secondary circuit lead wires).
