Anhui Sanye Rubber & Plastic Solid Woven Belt

Flame-retardant solid woven conveyor belts are made by impregnating and plasticizing or vulcanizing a solid woven carcass with PVC paste. They feature high strength, large capacity, and smooth transportation, along with excellent flame retardancy, antistatic properties, impact resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.

This product is mainly suitable for underground transportation in coal mines and can also be used for material transportation in the metallurgical and chemical industries. Flame-retardant solid woven conveyor belts can be divided into PVC type and PVG type.

The PVC type has PVC cover rubber on both the top and bottom layers, with a single-side thickness of ≥0.8mm. The PVG type has a combination of rubber and PVC on both the top and bottom layers, with a single-side thickness of 1.5mm-4.5mm. PVC conveyor belts are suitable for transportation at inclinations less than 16°, while PVG conveyor belts are suitable for inclinations less than 20°. Both can be used for above-ground and underground transportation in coal mines.

Production process of flame-retardant conveyor belts: Drying → Plasticating → Mixing → Compounding → Resting → Hot mixing → Calendering → Molding → Vulcanization → Packaging. Unlike non-nylon skeleton conveyor belts, nylon layered flame-retardant conveyor belts undergo secondary stretching and shaping treatment after vulcanization. There are two main methods for secondary stretching and shaping: one is the in-mold cooling and shaping method (hereinafter referred to as in-mold shaping), and the other is the out-of-mold stretching and cooling shaping method (hereinafter referred to as out-of-mold shaping). The in-mold shaping method is simple and provides good shaping effects, but it consumes more energy and has lower production efficiency. In contrast, the out-of-mold shaping method requires an additional stretching device but ensures reliable product quality, high production efficiency, and is suitable for large-scale production.

Mainly used in coal mines underground. Features of the belt: no delamination, low elongation, impact resistance, and tear resistance. According to different structures, it can be divided into PVC type (plastic surface) and PVG type (rubber surface added on the basis of PVC) solid woven flame-retardant belts, complying with the MT914-2002 standard. ○ PVC flame-retardant conveyor belts are suitable for material transportation under dry conditions with inclinations below 16°. ○ PVG flame-retardant conveyor belts are suitable for transporting wet and watery materials with inclinations below 20°. 1. Model N/mm (tensile strength): Grade 4, Grade 5, Grade 6, Grade 7, Grade 8, Grade 9, Grade 10; Model 680s, 800s, 1000s, 1250s, 1400s, 1600s, 1800s. 2. Flame retardancy performance: (1) Drum friction test: drum surface temperature not exceeding 325°C. (2) Lamp burning test: average flame-free time for full-thickness specimens after lamp removal not exceeding 3.0s, and after cover removal not exceeding 5.0s. (3) Propane burning test: undamaged length greater than 250mm. 3. Safety performance: The conveyor belt has passed flame retardancy and electrostatic tests and has obtained the coal mine safety certification mark and customer recognition. This product uses a solid woven carcass as the skeleton material, which is impregnated and coated with PVC material with excellent antistatic and flame-retardant properties, and then plasticized. 4. Longest service life: The service life of the belt is determined by the following factors: (1) Dense carcass woven from warp, weft filaments, and covering cotton yarn; (2) Specially formulated PVC material ensures extremely high adhesion strength between the carcass and the cover rubber; (3) Specially formulated cover rubber; thus, the belt is impact-resistant, tear-resistant, and wear-resistant. 5. Mechanical performance: Flame-retardant conveyor belts have excellent mechanical properties, providing users with the longest service life and economical installation and use. 6. Product structure: Flame-retardant conveyor belts use a solid woven carcass as the skeleton material, which is impregnated and coated with PVC material with excellent antistatic and flame-retardant properties, and then plasticized.
