BLDMF-4 Explosion-Proof and Lightning-Proof Electric Spherical Ventilator BLDMF, LDMF-4# Explosion-Proof and Lightning-Proof Electric Spherical Ventilator utilizes its unique spherical structure to expel indoor air outdoors with the help of wind and thermal pressure. This type of spherical ventilator is made of fiberglass material, offering energy efficiency, high efficiency, lightweight, corrosion resistance, sturdiness, aesthetic appeal, safety, convenience, no backdraft, protection against rain and snow intrusion, and fire resistance. Applications include petrochemical plants, power plants, warehouses, chicken farms, machining workshops, oil refineries, and factory areas near the coast with high acidity and alkaline rainwater. According to surveys, in most petrochemical, metallurgical, and power plants, indoor temperatures in summer are 3-10°C higher than outdoor temperatures. This creates a significant thermal pressure difference, and utilizing this natural ventilation through thermal pressure difference can save hundreds of millions of kilowatt-hours of electricity annually. The Explosion-Proof and Lightning-Proof Electric Spherical Ventilator is a device that leverages these two forces for natural ventilation. Its ventilation capacity was tested by the Environmental Science Center of Peking University on a large-scale prototype using computer simulations. The results show that its ventilation capacity (including the speed and exhaust volume inside the ventilator under different outdoor wind speeds) exceeds that of similar domestic and international products. It performs 30% better than cylindrical ventilators in horizontal winds and 200-300% better in 15-20° upward slanting winds, making it one of the most efficient roof ventilators.
