I. Product Introduction

The PWS-1000 Electro-hydraulic Servo Axle Housing Bending Test System is primarily used for bending fatigue tests and static compression tests (static stiffness tests) on automotive axles. It is also suitable for testing the working performance of various structural components under dynamic loads. By changing fixtures, it can perform experimental research on materials and components such as tension, compression, high-cycle, low-cycle, and fatigue crack tests.

II.System Composition

The electro-hydraulic drive axle bending fatigue testing machine mainly consists of: one hydraulic pulsator with a displacement of 800L/min (including the main unit and controller), one 1000kN hydraulic pulsating actuator, one electrical control cabinet, one set of computer data acquisition and processing system, one 1000kN gantry test loading frame, specialized test tooling for axle housings, test pipeline system, and necessary tooling.

Various specifications of hydraulic pulsators (25kN, 50kN, 100kN, 250kN, 500kN) are also available. All actuators undergo comprehensive performance testing before leaving the factory or can be ordered separately to meet user needs for complex multi-station (multi-measurement point) tests.
