[Product Introduction]

 PVC-U pipes are primarily made from hygienic-grade polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin as the main raw material, with appropriate amounts of stabilizers, lubricants, fillers, colorants, etc. They are formed by extrusion through plastic extruders and injection molding machines, and undergo processes such as cooling, curing, shaping, inspection, and packaging to complete the production of pipes and fittings. Since the 1980s, China has piloted the use of PVC-U pipes in municipal and construction projects. After more than a decade of promotion, PVC-U pipes have seen significant development, but per capita consumption remains less than 1/15th of that in developed countries and regions such as the United States, Japan, and Western Europe. With the joint notice from five departments, including the Ministry of Construction, to "vigorously develop chemical building materials," the promotion and application of PVC-U plastic pipes have accelerated. Hygienic and environmentally friendly PVC-U water supply pipes are increasingly replacing traditional pipes, which are characterized by high energy consumption, high pollution, high cost, and low hygiene standards.
