PP Pickling Tank is made of polypropylene sheets and is used for filtering, cleaning, or soaking corrosive materials such as hydrochloric acid. It can be used for instrument cleaning or soaking in chemical, medical, educational, research, and laboratory settings.

PP Pickling Tank is constructed by welding polypropylene sheets, with a water seal groove along the tank edge to ensure a compact and rational structure. The PP material is resistant to corrosion from strong reducing acids like hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid, with an anti-aging performance of over five years. Acid-resistant granite is used inside the tank as a protective plate to prevent the plastic tank body from being scratched by the steel strip during operation. The water seal groove along the tank edge is sealed with a plastic water seal cover, effectively preventing acid mist from escaping. Insulation layers are installed on both sides of the tank (suitable for colder climates) to prevent heat loss and reduce steam consumption. For stainless steel pickling lines, stone plates are not placed inside the plastic tank because the pickling solution for stainless steel is highly corrosive to wear-resistant stones. Instead, the acid tank is widened, and high-molecular plastic sliding rollers are installed on the bottom plate, which are not only wear-resistant but also effectively protect the steel strip from impacting the bottom.
