The VOCs catalyst uses honeycomb ceramics as the carrier and is manufactured through a special process to form a 1-2 nm Pt-Pd-based high-activity component, enhancing the dispersion of the active component on the carrier surface. Additionally, a high-expansion specific surface area material is coated to increase the carrier's specific surface area and adsorption capacity. Rare earth co-catalysts are also added to achieve high oxygen storage capacity, high specific surface area, and high dispersion characteristics on the catalyst surface. It is particularly suitable for purifying toxic and harmful exhaust gases containing organic compounds such as aromatic and alkane hydrocarbons, as well as carbon monoxide, emitted by industries including chemical, food, machinery, instrumentation, household appliances, baking and spray painting, printing, and color steel manufacturing. The fundamental principle of purifying exhaust gases is catalytic combustion. The heat generated during the catalytic combustion process can be comprehensively utilized.
