The Exlift500L sewage elevator is a specialized underground sewage discharge device designed for handling small volumes of sewage and debris. It primarily consists of a PE material collection tank, cutting pump, check valve, exhaust port, sewage inlet and outlet, drain port, and an automatic coupling device. The operational principle is as follows:

1. Sewage containing impurities enters the device through the drainage pipeline via the sewage inlet and flows into the collection tank.

2. The collection tank is equipped with a liquid level sensor. When the sewage level in the tank reaches the preset upper limit, the control system automatically activates the sewage pump, which cuts up the debris and discharges it along with the sewage through the outlet to an outdoor septic tank or municipal sewage pipeline. When the liquid level drops to the preset lower limit, the sewage pump automatically stops operating. 

3. Periodically open the drain valve to prevent sedimentation in the collection tank.

4. The control box uses a programmable logic controller (PLC) as the core control unit, with its industrial-grade performance and reliability ensuring system stability. The control program integrates years of our company's water supply and drainage engineering design experience. Based on signals collected by the liquid level sensing device, it automatically controls two sewage pumps to operate alternately with optimized start-up frequency and running time, maximizing system reliability and pump service life.
