The ZZYPE electric self-operated temperature control valve is an integrated valve composed of components such as the valve body, actuator, sensor, and capillary tube. It directly performs automatic regulation and control of the temperature of media such as steam, hot water, thermal oil, and gas. It can also be used in applications to prevent overheating or for heat exchange. The electric temperature control valve features a simple structure, easy operation, a wide temperature adjustment range, fast response time, reliable sealing performance, and allows for on-the-fly adjustments during operation. Therefore, it is widely used in hot water supply systems in industries such as chemical, petroleum, food, light textile, hotels, and restaurants. It is mainly suitable for temperature control of liquids, gases, and steam in various cooling systems.
Product Features
1. The temperature setting is externally located on the actuator, making it convenient to adjust.
2. The temperature control valve digitally displays the actual temperature, providing a clear and intuitive overview.
3. The key component of the regulating actuator—the controller—uses hybrid integrated circuits, undergoes aging treatment, and is resin-sealed and cast into a box-like structure, offering moisture resistance, shock resistance, compact size, and high reliability.
4. The electric temperature control valve is designed with reasonable upper and lower electrical limit functions, low-voltage control, and is reliable and durable.
5. The mechanical structure is robust and compact, making wiring, installation, adjustment, and maintenance very simple.
6. Adjusting the working zero point (start) and full travel (end point) sensitivity via potentiometer is straightforward and easy.
7. The temperature control valve actuator has three protective functions: overload protection, temperature protection, and a compression spring to ensure tight valve closure.
