DBVPD Dynamic Balancing Valve

Product Overview:

The DBVPD dynamic balancing valve produced by our company is used in water systems that require flow control, particularly suitable for flow regulation of non-corrosive liquid media in heating and air conditioning systems. A one-time adjustment before operation allows the system flow to automatically stabilize at the required set value.

The dynamic balancing valve consists of two parts: an automatic regulating valve disc. The working pressure of the system fluid is p1, and the pressures before and after the manual regulating valve disc are p2 and p3, respectively. When the manual regulating valve is adjusted to a certain position, the set flow rate and the corresponding fixed (p2-p3) value are determined. When the system flow increases, the actual value of (p2-p3) exceeds the allowable set value, at which point the automatic regulating valve disc automatically closes until the flow returns to the set value, and vice versa.
