This series of ball valves has the following characteristics:

1: Special Short Structure Design

The structural length is designed as a short structure, with a length approximately half that of ordinary lined fluorine ball valves. It is particularly suitable for installation in space-constrained locations and is irreplaceable by ordinary lined fluorine ball valves.

2: Excellent Corrosion Resistance

The valve body, bonnet, ball, and stem are fully lined with PTFE material, providing excellent corrosion resistance. The metal valve body and bonnet are designed with dovetail groove structures to eliminate the risk of lining detachment under negative pressure conditions.

3: Anti-Blowout Stem Design:

The ball and stem are integrated in design, ensuring that the stem will not blow out even when the valve cavity experiences abnormal pressure. The ball and stem surfaces are equipped with dovetail grooves and through-holes, allowing the fluorine material to firmly bond with metal components, ensuring the valve's service life.

4: Self-Compensating Seat Function:

The seat is made of high-quality imported PTFE material, with a sealing groove on the sealing surface to reduce wear from impurities between the ball and seat. The seat features a U-shaped groove, and through the preload between the valve body and bonnet, the valve achieves excellent sealing. After long-term use, if the seat or ball sealing surface wears, the preload of the seat is released to compensate for the sealing surface, ensuring the valve's sealing performance.

5: Easy Disassembly and Maintenance:

The valve stuffing box design allows for quick disassembly and maintenance of the ball, making it suitable for working conditions that require regular valve disassembly and maintenance.
