The electric ball valve is assembled from a ball-type valve and a high-precision electric actuator. It is mainly suitable for on-off and regulating applications. The valve is directly connected to the actuator, and the electric actuator has a built-in servo system, eliminating the need for an additional servo amplifier. It can be controlled by inputting a 4-20mA signal and 220VAC power supply.

This valve is generally used in high-pressure and large-diameter pipelines. It features a fixed valve core (shaft-supported type) with upper and lower valve stems and a movable sealing seat design. When closed, the ball does not shift under medium pressure, ensuring more stable operation. The electric ball valve is typically equipped with rolling bearings or sliding bearings on the upper and lower shafts connected to the ball, reducing friction during opening and closing, minimizing operating torque, and making it widely applicable across various industries.
