The J43Y high-temperature and high-pressure flange globe valve is manufactured from forged steel throughout, featuring a split valve stem and disc with high concentricity. The disc and valve body are welded with STL hard alloy to ensure service life. The valve has a simple structure and is easy to maintain. Its service life is five times that of ordinary cast valves.
Nominal pressure: PN1.6, PN2.5, PN4.0, PN6.4, PN16~PN80 MPa
Nominal diameter: DN15～DN250
Applicable media: Various non-corrosive or corrosive media such as oil, water, and gas
Applicable temperature: -20℃～+440℃, -192℃～240℃, ≤540℃, ≤570℃, etc.
Manufacturing materials: 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 304, 316, 316L, 12Cr1Mov, TA2, F55, C-276, etc.
