QG416H Reactor High Temperature Ball Valve: Reasonably designed, compact structure, featuring low flow resistance, excellent sealing, light and flexible operation, superior high temperature and wear resistance. It can be equipped with electric or pneumatic devices for remote automated operation.

QG416H Reactor High Temperature Ball Valve: An ideal device for controlling solid transport such as dusty gases and granular fluids, widely used in lithium battery materials, mineral processing, power generation, and other production processes including anode material production, blast furnace pulverized coal injection, powder systems, and various pipeline controls in dust removal systems. It adopts a straight-through structure with a smooth flow path, preventing ash accumulation and blockage. The sealing pair is made of high-temperature wear-resistant alloy material, specially heat-treated to make the valve resistant to erosion and wear. Additionally, the inclined spherical surface of the valve has an automatic compensation feature. By adjusting the bolts, the sealing pair can achieve re-sealing even after a certain degree of wear.

It has the following advantages:

1. Side-mounted structure is compact, and the valve is lightweight, suitable for applications with limited installation space.

2. Low fluid resistance, with a resistance coefficient equal to that of a pipe section of the same length.

3. Simple structure, small size, and light weight.

4. It has a cutting function, capable of cutting through debris in the medium (such as branches, woven bags, etc.) when closing.

5. Tight and reliable, the sealing surface material of the ball valve is widely made of plastic, offering good sealing performance, and it is also widely used in vacuum systems.

6. Easy to operate, quick to open and close, requiring only a 90° rotation from fully open to fully closed, facilitating remote control.

7. Easy maintenance, the ball valve has a simple structure, and the sealing rings are generally movable, making disassembly and replacement convenient.

8. When fully open or fully closed, the sealing surfaces of the ball and valve seat are isolated from the medium, preventing erosion of the valve sealing surfaces by the medium.

9. Wide range of applications, from small diameters of a few millimeters to large diameters of several meters, and from high vacuum to high pressure. When the ball rotates 90 degrees, the inlet and outlet fully present the spherical surface, thereby cutting off the flow.

10. Equipped with movable valve seats that provide compensation for sealing.
