Self-sealing globe valves are primarily used in power plants, petroleum, and chemical industries (for primary valves and blowdown valves, under ultra-high temperature and pressure). They are easy to install and operate flexibly.

Structural features: The valve cover adopts an integrated embedded structure design, effectively preventing liquid from entering the valve cover and ensuring that any leakage does not affect the valve's function. The valve body and cover are both made of integral forged structures, and the valve seat is one-piece. The valve head and stem are separate structures, with the valve head using a non-rotating ball head. When the valve is closed, the valve head and seat compress and seal through surface contact. When fully open, the valve provides excellent back sealing, resistance to erosion, and cavitation.

The valve packing is resistant to high temperature and pressure, featuring good sealing performance. The sealing packing is located below the valve stem threads to isolate the threads from the medium, ensuring tight sealing. It generally uses extended flexible graphite sealing or metal hard sealing. The valve handle is secured with hex socket bolts to prevent loosening during vibration. The valve handle rotates flexibly without sticking.

Applicable media: High-temperature steam, oil, water, gas, and various non-corrosive or corrosive media.

Applicable temperature: -20℃ to +540℃, -70℃ to 890℃.
