The metal-faced polyurethane edge-sealed rock wool sandwich panel is produced by pressing the upper and lower metal plates into shape, spraying two-component adhesive onto the inner surfaces of the metal plates with a glue gun, sealing the edges with polyurethane, filling the middle with rock wool core material, and curing and shaping it through a double-track machine, followed by fixed-size cutting.
