1. Safety Passage Markings in Plant Production Workshops (Marking):
I. Passages must be clear without obstructions or blockages; grid lines can be marked to prohibit stacking;
II. The main passage in the production workshop must have a clear width of 2 meters; auxiliary passages must have a clear width of 1.4 meters to 1.5 meters; warehouse passages must not be less than 2 meters in width; objects must not be stacked within 50 centimeters on either side of doors; within 1.4 meters of safety exits, steps should be installed, and evacuation indicator signs should be marked;
III. There should be no obstructions or blockages in front of fire safety facilities, and evacuation passages must not be occupied.
2. Road Fire Safety Facility Markings in the Plant Area (Marking): Safety entrance and exit grid lines should include the text (Fire Lane No Occupancy), with grid size scaled proportionally to 2 meters * 1.5 meters;
3. Fire Safety Signs in Fire Lanes: A 2-meter * 1.5-meter frame containing 8 characters (Fire Lane No Occupancy); signs should be repeated at intervals not exceeding 20 meters.
Plant Ground Walkway Indicator Marking Construction: The plant area should implement separate markings for pedestrians and vehicles (marking), with pedestrian passages having a clear width of no less than 1.4 meters to 1.5 meters; the width of fire lanes should not be less than 4 meters. Fire lanes should be more than 5 meters away from building exteriors, and there should be no obstacles within 4 meters above the fire lane. Fire lanes passing through high-rise buildings should have a clear width and height of no less than 4 meters. Fire rescue operation areas can be set at 18 meters * 18 meters or 24 meters * 24 meters, designed according to needs and available space.
Fire separation between two buildings with elevated rescue areas must meet two conditions. First, it must meet the requirements for preventing fire spread. According to building design fire safety standards, the fire separation distance between two high-rise buildings should be no less than 13 meters. Second, a fire rescue operation area must be set up on the fire rescue side, with a minimum operation area length and width of no less than 15 × 10 meters. If the building height exceeds 50 meters, the operation area should be no less than 20 × 10 meters. The elevated operation area should be no less than 5 meters away from the building exterior wall.
In summary, the minimum distance between the side with an elevated rescue area and an adjacent building is: 5 meters (distance from elevated area to building exterior wall) + 10 meters (elevated operation area) + 4 meters (fire lane) = 19 meters. Other sides can be 13 meters.
