The centrifugal humidifier is a technologically advanced, energy-efficient, and practical humidifier. It utilizes advanced centrifugal atomization technology, featuring low power consumption, high efficiency and reliability, large humidification capacity, no special water quality requirements, no clogging, and is precise, simple, and convenient. It produces fine mist, is easy to install, and can be operated by simply connecting to power and water sources without the need for additional power. It is suitable for places requiring humidity regulation such as cotton spinning, wool spinning, weaving, silk, clothing, knitting, chemical fibers, cigarettes, hemp products, flowers, etc. It can also be used as a cooling device or exhaust fan.

Yiling Centrifugal Humidifier - Working Principle

The centrifugal humidifier uses a high-speed motor to drive a composite impeller to rotate, creating a vacuum. Water from the storage tank is drawn through a suction device by atmospheric pressure and delivered to the composite atomizing impeller, where it is broken down into fine mist particles of Φ5μm. This mist is then carried by a gentle airflow from the lower air inlet to the mist outlet. At the mist outlet, it combines with the high-speed airflow from the upper air inlet, forming a high-speed aerosol spray into the air. The aerosol contacts the residual heat in the air, completely vaporizing, thereby achieving humidification.

Yiling Centrifugal Humidifier - Usage Instructions

1) If the main voltage fluctuates, it should be stabilized within ±10% of the voltage specified on the nameplate.

2) Ambient temperature—The indoor temperature should be within the range of -20°C to 40°C.

3) Ambient humidity—The maximum allowable relative humidity indoors is 95%, but condensation may occur.

4) Ordinary tap water can be used.

Yiling Centrifugal Humidifier - Installation Method

1) Location selection: The humidifier can be horizontally mounted on a wall or fixed on a bracket. There should be no obstacles within 6-8 meters in front of the machine to prevent humidified air from condensing on obstacles before fully vaporizing, which could corrode equipment or contaminate the floor. No equipment or products should be placed directly below the humidifier, and the installation height should preferably be 2 meters or more above the ground.

2) Positioning: The humidifier must be installed level; otherwise, it may cause issues such as water level valve malfunction or casing deformation, affecting the normal operation of the machine.

3) Water and power supply: The working water pressure for the humidifier is 0.6-3.0 MPa, and the water source required is clean tap water. The site must provide a DN15 water supply pipe and a 220V/50Hz three-pin power socket. Both the water and power supplies should be within 2 meters of the humidifier's installation location.
