The high-pressure micro mist humidifier is a high-tech humidification system developed and manufactured by our company. It uses a plunger pump to pressurize filtered and purified water to approximately 30-70 kg/cm². The pressurized water is then transported through high-pressure thick-walled copper pipes to "ultra-fine" nozzles, where it is atomized and rotated at high speed, emitting ultra-fine mist particles of 1–15μm into the entire space. These particles absorb heat from the air, transitioning from liquid to gaseous state through evaporation, thereby increasing space humidity and reducing air temperature. The entire process is an isenthalpic adiabatic process.

■ The main unit of the high-pressure micro mist humidifier uses imported industrial-grade plunger pumps and motors. It can operate continuously for 24 hours. The nozzles and water mist distributors have no power-driven vulnerable components and remain undamaged even in high-dust environments. Advanced multi-circuit control system protection ensures breakthrough progress in system stability and energy consumption. The high-pressure micro mist humidifier does not require compressed air.

■ The high-pressure micro mist humidifier offers a large mist output and allows free configuration. The output flow of the high-pressure micro mist pump station ranges from 100 kg/h to 1500 kg/h, with stepless adjustment, allowing any number of nozzles to be configured within the flow range.

■ The 5-micron precision composite filter removes solid particles such as rust, sand, hemp rope, raw material tape, and colloids from the water, completely preventing nozzle clogging. The use of a matching water softener protects the equipment from corrosion.

■ The operating cost of humidification is extremely low. Atomizing 1 liter of water consumes only 6W of power, which is one-hundredth of traditional electric heating humidifiers and one-tenth of centrifugal or air-water mixing humidifiers.
