Working Principle

The machine consists of a motor and motor base, cylinder cover with hydraulic opening device, cylinder body and frame, rotor assembly, and lubrication system. The rotor assembly is driven by the motor via a pulley to rotate at high speed. Coarse materials are fed through the hopper and fall onto the rotor platform. The centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the rotor platform throws the materials outward. The stones impact the wear-resistant lining on the cylinder wall and collide with each other repeatedly, gradually breaking the coarse materials into the desired fine particles. The processed materials then exit through the discharge hopper and proceed to the next steps of screening and washing, achieving the effect of producing artificial sand from stones.
