The air-cooled screw chiller series is a new generation product developed by Baochiyuan Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd. based on absorbing the advantages of traditional screw chillers both domestically and internationally. It adopts the internationally advanced 5:6 rotor high-efficiency twin-screw compressor as the refrigeration core, equipped with high-quality and efficient condensers and evaporators, and uses internationally renowned brand electrical components. Combined with a precise PLC computer control system and meticulous processing and assembly techniques, it features a compact design, excellent performance, low noise, high efficiency, and easy operation.

The air-cooled screw chiller series is an air-cooled single-cooling series, with a single unit cooling capacity ranging from 116KW to 870KW. The chilled water temperature adjustment range is from 7°C to 20°C. Units with lower outlet water temperatures can also be customized according to user needs. The unit operates with automatic intelligent control, eliminating user concerns.

The biggest advantage of this type of unit is that it does not require a dedicated machine room or water cooling system. It only needs to be installed and placed outdoors in a well-ventilated area, reducing material and installation costs.

◆ High reliability

      Screw compressors have few components, no vulnerable parts, stable and reliable operation, and a long service life.

      Screw compressors use a new generation of high-efficiency 5:6 patented asymmetric tooth design, improving work efficiency.

      Screw compressors are designed as positive displacement types with small clearance volume and low friction loss, resulting in high operational efficiency.

◆ Compressor

       The refrigeration circuit and control circuit are completely independent, allowing alternating use based on load changes, effectively extending the unit's service life. It features high efficiency, low energy consumption, low noise, low vibration, wear resistance, and high reliability.

◆ Finned condenser

      Equipped with a finned condenser, the heat exchange tubes are external finned purple threaded copper tubes. Finned condensers have a large heat transfer coefficient and high heat exchange efficiency. The high-efficiency heat exchange copper tubes are manufactured using computer-controlled machine tools and fully automatic welding technology, featuring a compact structure, aesthetic appearance, light weight, and easy installation, use, and maintenance. This effectively ensures the safe operation of the refrigeration system.

◆ Evaporator

      Shell-and-tube dry evaporator, with heat exchange tubes using internal finned copper tubes and equipped with a refrigerant distribution device to ensure even refrigerant distribution across all heat exchange tubes, improving heat exchange efficiency. For multi-compressor chillers, each compressor is paired with an evaporator and condenser, forming an independent refrigeration system. Due to structural reasons, the water circuits of the two evaporators are often connected, but the refrigeration circuits remain independent. The evaporator surface is covered with insulation material to prevent cooling loss.

◆ Thermal expansion valve

      Uses the world-renowned Emerson thermal expansion valve, offering higher control precision, a wider adjustment range, and faster response. It fully utilizes the evaporator's heat exchange area under any working condition, ensuring more thorough heat exchange, higher efficiency, and reliable performance of the refrigeration system.

High-pressure, high-temperature gas from the compressor enters the condenser, where heat is carried away by the cooling tower to the outside. The working substance of the unit becomes high-pressure,常溫 liquid. This high-pressure,常溫 liquid enters the expansion valve throttling mechanism to reduce pressure, causing部分 liquid to flash into vapor. This low-pressure, low-temperature two-phase mixture of gas and liquid enters the evaporator. Inside the evaporator, the low-pressure, low-temperature gas-liquid mixture exchanges heat with the high-temperature hot water from the customer's industrial equipment for cooling. The medium inside the evaporator turns into vapor and returns to the compressor to be compressed again, completing one cycle. The chiller unit continuously exchanges heat for cooling, supplying mechanical equipment and products for temperature reduction.
