High Reliability

* Scroll compressors have fewer internal components. The scroll compressor structure prevents liquid refrigerant and impurities from entering the compressor, avoiding liquid slugging and compressor damage.

* Equipped with a microcomputer control device to protect the compressor from malfunctions and ensure high operational efficiency.

* Scroll compressors feature a rotary positive displacement design with small clearance volume and low friction loss, resulting in high operational efficiency. The unit employs a multi-compressor combination design, ensuring high efficiency even under partial load conditions.

Compressor

Finned Condenser

* Utilizes a finned condenser with threaded copper heat exchange tubes. The finned condenser has a high heat transfer coefficient and efficiency. The high-efficiency heat exchange copper tubes are manufactured using CNC machining and fully automated welding technology, ensuring compact structure, aesthetic appearance, lightweight, and easy installation, use, and maintenance. This effectively ensures the safe operation of the refrigeration system.

Evaporator

* Shell-and-tube dry evaporator with copper heat exchange tubes and a refrigerant distribution device to ensure even refrigerant distribution across all heat exchange tubes, improving heat transfer efficiency. For multi-compressor chillers, each compressor is paired with an evaporator and condenser, forming an independent refrigeration system. Due to structural considerations, the water circuits of two evaporators are often connected, but the refrigeration circuits remain independent. The evaporator is externally insulated to prevent cooling loss.

Thermal Expansion Valve

* Uses world-renowned Emerson thermal expansion valves, offering higher control precision, a wider adjustment range, and faster response. Under any operating condition, it fully utilizes the evaporator's heat exchange area, ensuring more thorough heat exchange, higher efficiency, and reliable performance of the refrigeration system.

Control System

* Frequent start-stop protection, controlling compressor start frequency.

* Balanced setting of compressor start-stop cycles and operating time.

* Power-off memory and historical fault query function.
