The flexible vibration bowl utilizes a voice coil motor flexible feeding vibration platform to address the urgent need in actual production for a solution that can handle multiple workpieces universally, with convenient and quick product changeovers. It can also interconnect with systems for visual positioning via imaging and robotic grasping. The voice coil motor flexible feeding vibration platform can identify and control the orientation of materials. By controlling the stroke distance of the linear voice coil motors installed at the four corners through the control system, it can manage the forward/backward, left/right movement, and flipping of the front/back sides of the workpieces in the feeding tray.
