1. Personnel operating the equipment must check the oil level and observe the oil color weekly. If the oil level is below the "MIN" mark, refilling is required. The oil level must not exceed the "MAX" mark; if it does, drain the excess oil. If the oil in the vacuum pump is diluted due to excessive condensate, replace the oil entirely. Replace the gas ballast valve if necessary.

2. Under normal conditions, the oil in the vacuum pump must be bright and clear, with no foaming or cloudiness. If, after the oil settles, an indestructible milky substance precipitates, it indicates the presence of foreign matter in the vacuum pump oil, and the oil must be replaced promptly.

3. Operators must inspect the intake filter and exhaust filter monthly.

4. After six months of use, clean the dust and dirt inside the vacuum pump chamber, and clean the fan cowling, fan wheel, ventilation grille, and cooling fins. Note: It is best to use compressed air for cleaning.

5. For vacuum sealing machines, replace the exhaust filter annually, and clean or replace the intake filter. Use compressed air for cleaning.

6. Replace the vacuum pump oil and oil filter every 500-2,000 hours of operation.

1. Maintain a clean environment for the vacuum packaging machine, and avoid excessively humid conditions.

2. Do not use the vacuum packaging machine in hazardous environments such as those with flammable or explosive materials.

3. Disconnect the power plug when performing maintenance to prevent electric shock.

4. For three-phase four-wire machines, use a compatible socket that meets the three-phase four-wire power requirements. For single-phase machines, use a three-pin power socket and ensure reliable grounding.

5. Keep the vacuum components in optimal cleanliness, regularly wipe the interior of the machine, and fill the vacuum pump oil only up to two-thirds of the oil window. Strictly follow the vacuum pump user manual for operation and maintenance.
