Construction process:
1. Waterproof treatment: The ground floor must have waterproof treatment completed;
2. Base treatment: Grinding, repairing, and dust removal according to the base condition;
3. Epoxy primer: Apply a layer of highly penetrating and adhesive epoxy primer to enhance surface adhesion;
4. Epoxy intermediate coat: Mix epoxy resin with an appropriate amount of quartz sand and apply evenly with a trowel in multiple layers;
5. Epoxy putty: Apply multiple layers as needed to achieve a smooth surface free of holes, trowel marks, and sanding marks;
6. Epoxy topcoat: Apply two layers of solvent-based epoxy topcoat or anti-slip topcoat. After completion, the entire floor should be bright, clean, uniform in color, and free of hollowing;
7. Completion: Allow 24 hours for light foot traffic and 72 hours for heavy pressure (based on 25°C; low temperatures may require extended curing time).
