Introduction:
Variable Gain Sub-Femtoampere Current Amplifier DDPCA
The Variable Gain Sub-Femtoampere Amplifier DDPCA-300 is the latest addition to FEMTO's extensive range of low-noise transimpedance amplifiers. It features a special design that enables input noise as low as 0.2 fA/√Hz and a peak noise of 0.4 fA. With manual or remote interface settings, the gain can be varied over a wide range from 10? to 1013 V/A. As a result, by simply switching the gain range, the amplifier covers a large dynamic range of over 240 dB for measuring currents from sub-femtoamperes to milliamperes.
