Optical Receiver HCA-S-200M Series
The HCA-S-200M series optical receiver incorporates proven fast diodes and the exceptional FEMTO HCA current amplifier technology. The HCA-S-200M is available with Si or InGaAs photodiodes, covering spectral ranges from 320 to 1000 nm and 900 to 1700 nm, respectively. For the InGaAs model, the amplifier gain is 2×10? V/A, with a maximum conversion gain of 1.9×10? V/W at 1550 nm. The sophisticated DC-coupled multi-stage amplifier design enables measurements from DC up to 200 MHz maximum bandwidth, corresponding to a minimum rise time of 1.8 ns.
