JDT Series Moving Sieve Jig   

Product Introduction 

 1. The moving sieve jig can replace traditional manual gangue picking; 

 2. Used for gangue removal of lump coal in the raw coal preparation workshop of large coal preparation plants; 

 3. Used in power coal preparation plants for washing lump coal.  

  Moving sieve jigs can be classified by drive method into: mechanical (J) and hydraulic (Y); 

  Moving sieve jigs can be classified by discharge method into: vertical (L) and horizontal (W); 

  Moving Sieve Jig Workstation (G): Large moving sieve jigs with processing capacity exceeding 450 (t/h).

    Technical Features  

  ? The structure and coal preparation process of the moving sieve jig are relatively simple, with low equipment investment, low operation and maintenance costs, suitable for various working environments; 

  ? Large and wide processing particle size range: feed particle size between 25 and 400mm;

  ? Strong gangue discharge capacity, large processing capacity per unit area, can reach 40~80t/h.m2; 

  ? High washing precision, separation efficiency reaches 95 ~ 98% :  

  ? Low circulating water consumption, circulating water consumption per ton of coal is 0.03 ~ 0.09m3; 

  ? Simple control system, high degree of automation;

  ? Optimized cone design, enabling automatic discharge of undersize material without clogging, easy maintenance.
