Product Introduction
Flotation equipment is machinery that utilizes differences in mineral surface wettability to achieve flotation of fine-grained materials. It is commonly used for separating coal slime in the 0.5–0 mm range.


Working Principle

The flotation machine uses a rotating impeller to generate centrifugal force, creating negative pressure that draws in an appropriate amount of air through the air pipe to mix with the pulp. Reagents are added via the dosing pipe, stirring the pulp to blend with the chemicals while refining the foam. This causes minerals to adhere to the foam and float to the pulp surface, forming mineralized foam. The weir height is adjusted to control the liquid level, allowing valuable foam to be scraped off by the scraper.
