Foamed Cement Board Insulation

Foamed cement board insulation is a thermal insulation material manufactured using foamed cement technology, also known as foamed concrete insulation board or inorganic fireproof insulation board.

Performance Characteristics

Foamed cement board insulation has the following main performance characteristics:

Green and Environmentally Friendly: No irritating or harmful gas emissions, and no harmful gases or waste discharged during production and construction.

Fire Resistance and High Temperature Resistance: Fire resistance temperature can reach over 1000 degrees Celsius, with a combustion performance rating of A1, offering excellent fire safety performance.

High Thermal Insulation: Closed-cell rate greater than 97%, thermal conductivity as low as 0.045 W/(m·K), meeting the thermal insulation needs of buildings.

Low Water Absorption: Ensures the product does not mildew in humid environments, without affecting thermal insulation performance.

Lightweight and High Strength: Density of 180 kg per cubic meter, compressive strength reaching over 0.2 MPa.

Long Lifespan and Aging Resistance: Lifespan greater than 50 years, synchronized with the building's lifespan.

Good Freeze-Thaw Resistance: After 25 consecutive freeze-thaw cycles, mass loss rate is less than 5%, and strength loss rate is less than 20%.

Excellent Sound Insulation: Internal structure contains a large number of independent bubbles, sound absorption capacity is 5-7 times that of ordinary concrete, with sound insulation effect up to 60 dB.

Good Workability: Homogeneous with mortar and wall surfaces, excellent interface, can be directly pasted after simple cleaning, with strong adhesion.

Low Cost: Overall, can reduce building insulation costs by 3-5 times.

Material Composition and Production Process

The main components of foamed cement board insulation include ordinary Portland cement, fly ash, foaming agent, and additives. Its production process includes the following steps:

Feeding and Mixing: Add measured materials into the mixer for dry mixing.

Stirring: Add warm water for wet stirring, then add the foaming agent and stir.

Molding and Foaming: Pour the slurry into the mold for foaming, the foaming process takes about 3-5 minutes.

Initial Curing: After molding, let it stand for several hours for initial curing.

Demolding: Demold after the foamed cement board insulation has completed initial setting.

Cutting: After demolding, cut to specifications as needed.

Finished Product Curing: The curing period should be no less than 7 days.
